The article considers the problem of pupils’ written speech development taking into account speech environment and cultural traditions of people. Novelty of the approach lies in creation of the educational space stimulating motivation to the statement. Based on numerous researches of domestic and foreign scientistslinguists, the author of article proves the necessity of modeling speech environment taking into account the extralinguistic information as an effective means of speech development.
